SERVERS/BARTENDERS

Responsibilities:
• Treat every guest as though they were a guest in your home. Never treat them as though they are someone else’s responsibility (in someone else’s section.)
• Provide detailed information about our craft cocktails, craft beer selection and food.
• Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve drinks and food promptly and ensure orders are correct before presenting them to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify the legal drinking age of guests.
Qualifications:
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or brew pub is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for craft cocktails, craft beer, and food.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ALE certification is a must.
