Job Summary Partners with Senior Consultant to use and grow the specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience, specialized training or certification to administer qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, this includes all aspects plan design, compliance testing, day to day administration, maintaining and fostering client relationships. Uses strong problem-solving skills to research and determine potential strategies to review with the Senior Consultant to solve client needs. Manages own personal and professional growth and expansion of consulting skills through on-going education and experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Partner with Senior Consultant on the following tasks with the ultimate goal assuming responsibility for these tasks for their own group of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans:
•Perform project tasks independently, and with oversight from a Senior Consultant for newly assigned task
•Consult with clients regarding all aspects of plan design
•Oversee day to day administration, annual compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, trust Accounting, participant notices and plan document
•Maintain client relationships to ensure high quality deliverable
•Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issue
•Manage and mentor junior analyst
•Prepare and review deliverables for accuracy and quality
•Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of •Able to perform compliance testing, discuss plan design, prepare annual reports and complete DOL and IRS forms with support from Senior Consultant, as needed
•Able to prioritize, work on multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and drive tasks to completion with support from Senior Consultant, as needed
•Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including Microsoft Office and established database
•Knowledge of the Relius recordkeeping system preferred
Skill in •Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
•Experience fostering client relationship
•Strong customer service skill
•Strong Excel skill
Ability to •Strong problem solving including an ability to research and determine potential strategies to review with Senior Consultant to solve client need
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements •Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related field
•3 - 4 years of experience in the retirement field, client facing experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications •QKA or QPA designation preferred
Compensation •$70,000 - $85,000
