**What We're Looking For:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant management structures
- Recruiting and/or sales experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with internet search engines and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to follow established recruiting protocols
