Location: Grand Rapids, MI or Lakeshore Area

Type: Temporary/Fractional (Part-time)

Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience in any industry

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite/hybrid

Hourly Rate: $25-35/hr (depending on experience and client budget)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking multiple Temporary/Fractional Recruiters to join our HR Talent Community and be considered for interim opportunities with our small to mid-sized clients. Our ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting within any industry. This position is client driven but most often has a fully onsite or hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring manager and/or committee to understand their expectations.
• Utilize various recruiting methods to attract top talent.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting within any industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fully onsite or hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools and methods.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Location:

Candidates should live in the West Michigan area, or the Lakeshore area and be willing to go onsite for projects and assignments.
