Job Description

Our client is seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. Opportunities are available in our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. Candidates must have experience with, or a strong interest in, technology and/or life sciences companies. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are essential. While in-house candidates are encouraged to apply, prior law firm experience is required. Out-of-state candidates are also welcome. Bar License in the state that you're applying is required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications, professional licenses, and the location from which they will perform the job.

Additionally, a discretionary performance-based bonus may be available to eligible employees.

Requirements:
