NEW Medical Assistant Supervisor Opening - Durham, NC!

• Permanent full time position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a to 5p
• Job Overview: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical area in the site the position is assigned to. This position ensures the efficient and productive operation of the provider's and Medical Assistant's workflow for a positive patient experience. This is accomplished through maintaining and upholding established patient care standards, operational processes, and employee policies along with effective communication with staff.
• Requirements
  • At least 3 years' clinical experience in a Dermatology and/or Mohs office is required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant, Associate's degree, nursing licensure or higher.
  • At least 1-2 years' supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Familiarly of EMA / Modernizing Medicine EMR system is preferred.
