The Cary Company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for design, a portfolio of your work, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you! This is an onsite role that reports to our Addison, IL facility. What you'll do: Create a wide range of in-house collateral, including posters, newsletters, flyers, spec sheets, and corporate materials. Collaborate with external clients on labels, screen prints, logos, brochures, and other design projects. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute your creative ideas. Design promotional materials for company events and special occasions. Learn and grow as a designer under the guidance of our Art Director. Prepare quotes for external projects. What you bring: A BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand client needs. The ability to present your ideas persuasively and see them through to completion.
