Job Description

The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and summarizing financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the role involves preparing monthly Practice Group reports, assisting with financial information for budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to ad hoc projects with various departments. The analyst will also help with data automation projects and year-end Partner results reporting. Candidates should have basic Excel knowledge, with advanced skills preferred, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary, along with a degree in Finance and/or Accounting. The expected salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
