Overview

Helios Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, qualified Industrial and Organizational Psychologist immediately on a contract basis to assist in assessing the best qualified Cyber Soldiers and placing those Soldiers in the right military jobs and roles based on assessment results within the Army’s Cyber Branch in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School at Ft. Eisenhower, GA.

Specific Student Analysis and Evaluation Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administer the Multidimensional Aptitude Battery –II (MAB-II) and Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness Personality Inventory-3 (NEO-PI-3) to initial entry Cyber Soldiers

• Analyze results and provide a written report of the results from the assessments with recommendations to Cyber School leadership

• Develop a 2-hour block of instructions on topics related to “Improving Performance in the Classroom” and “How to Improve Study Habits.”

• Provide one-on-one counseling with students that are experiencing difficulties with course material.

• Conduct training environment observations

Requirements:

• Be a U.S. Citizen

• Possess a final Secret security clearance and initiate a T5 level Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility within 60 days of on-boarding

• Minimum of a Master’s in Industrial and/or Organizational Psychology or MS in School Counseling from an accredited college or university

• Be able to obtain MAB-II and NEO-PI-3 results from the Sigma Testing website and summarize the results

• Experience with screening and evaluating students in an industrial and organizational or school setting

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizing, time management, and follow-up skills

• Ability to perform on cross-functional teams with multi-disciplinary individuals

• Ability to relate to students from a variety of demographics/socio-economic backgrounds

• Minimum 5 years’ experience and knowledge of performance enhancement

• Possess 2 years’ experience in accelerated learning with continued hands-on training in the application of performance psychology skill, use of biofeedback, and other simulations-based technologies

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administering intelligence quotient and non-cognitive assessments

• Possess 2 years’ experience in assessing IQ and personality traits to determine trends in performance or behavior.
