We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager (EPIC) to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and providing expert service in risk management, policy analysis, policy renewal, and client relations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the insurance industry, a knack for problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager (EPIC), you will be responsible for:

1. Managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all clients receive the highest level of service.
2. Analyzing and interpreting insurance policies to provide accurate, informed advice to clients.
3. Conducting risk management assessments and advising clients on the best strategies to mitigate potential risks.
4. Facilitating policy renewals and ensuring that all client accounts are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
6. Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer service.
7. Staying abreast of industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed, up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, policy analysis, policy renewal, and client relations.
2. Proficiency in EPIC or equivalent insurance software.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex insurance policies and provide informed advice.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential risks and provide effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A strong understanding of the insurance industry and commercial lines accounts.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. A professional designation in insurance or risk management is preferred.
