• Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

• This position assists staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, printers, phones and related technology.
• Support includes installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines.
• Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems.
• The position provides one-on-one support to hospital, clinic end users and physician staff.
• The position's responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving.
• Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.

Job Requirements:

• High School or equivalency
• 2-3 years’ work related experience in a information technology environment
• Knowledge of all Windows operating systems
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Troubleshooting wireless access issues

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in information technology
• Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, A+, Network Plus
