Responsibilities

• Understand and address community needs of the regions and offices. Providing
  strategies, designs, and ideas to help grow their needs.
• Ensure the execution of community programs, from vendor management to hands-on
  leadership of specific programs in the marketplace.
• Enhance community, leadership programs, and patient engagement.
• Lead program tracking, budgets, and projects. Provide insights and analysis for
  program status, evaluations, and improvements
• Help the company and executives create, carry out, and assess community programs
  for patients, employees, and the community, including sponsorships, events, and
  programs.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience of 2-3yrs with high school diploma
• Have strong communication skills
• Have an eagerness to learn and grow
• Software including Excel
• Must pass background and drug background check
