Job Posting Summary:
Commercial Construction Project Manager with extensive HVAC experience, specializing in large-scale projects, including chill water systems and building automation, with a strong background in field supervision.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 100 tons+ per unit size HVAC experience
• Experience with chill water systems, cooling towers, and building automation
• Proven track record in in-field supervision
• Standard HVAC and retrofit project experience
• Project Management experience
• Expertise in submittal processes
• Experience with heavy metal units and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of P&L, budgets, and financials
• Experience with permitting and sub-contractor management
• Ability to review and interpret designs/plans
• GC License is a big plus
• Osha 30 certification preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $1.5m to $20 million
• Oversee HVAC, HVAC controls, lighting, roofing, and energy conservation projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Interface with customers and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage the permitting process
• Monitor project performance, including P&L, budgets, and financial metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA guidelines

Pay Details: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour
