Description
The Delivery Scheduling Associate is responsible for contacting guests and scheduling deliveries after product fully reserves or partially reserves to the guest's order.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate enthusiastic support of corporate purpose, vision, mission, and core values. Fully embracing the Broad River Core Value of Innovation.
• Communicate open delivery dates to guests and schedule deliveries after receiving confirmation that the guest can accept delivery.
• Identify orders for which guests cannot be contacted and set them up as Customer Will Call
• Partner with stores to consolidate order fulfillments when necessary.
• Develops and maintains positive, service-oriented relationships with other departments and retail stores.
• Assists management with other projects, reports, and assignments as needed.
• Follow defined process and policy standards across the department.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English in a clear and professional manner. Ability to speak Spanish fluently, is a plus.
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail, including strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple computer applications.
• Possess quick, decisive, and strong, effective decision-making abilities with purpose and accountability.
• Results-driven and focused on team performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and work independently.
• Ability to identify both potential problems and opportunities, make recommendations, and initiate appropriate action.

• Excellent time-management skills.

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and/or electronically.
• Ability to see/hear, with or without accommodation, in a safe, sensitive environment.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work on Rotating Saturdays
• Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machinery.
• Reliable transportation to DC if needed.
